A real heart-stopper of a Country Waltz. It's about loving, losing and trying to make sense of it all. The recording is up close and deeply intimate with a beautiful vocal delivered by up and coming Country Star, Savannah Gardner

i love that you retained the rawness of the instrumental lines, vocals are so very rich and endearing. it's totally a personal preference kinda thing but i just kinda wish the song progressed with way more energy past the midway point which i felt would provide the track with that upward momentum

Hey, The Friends of Norman Havelock! I listened to the gentle sound of Grave Reservations, where the vocals bring a captivating edge and the instrumental guides a nostalgic rhythm. I'm absolutely sure this track will move our listeners. A very warm welcome to you all!!! I was truly captivated by your style! Don't forget to rate this review positively! Nage, Chill Connections
Hello. The song has a very melodic introduction featuring a soft piano keyboard and an emotive violin melody with a slow drum that allows the entry of an Oriental female voice into the blues, which moves nimbly through the entire structure and knows how to sustain notes with a somewhat trembling timbre characteristic of the genre. A harmonica, bold and classic, also of this style, intervenes in a plaintive way enriching each chord it forms. At the end, the initial melody with the violins returns and finishes in an even more sentimental manner. It’s a good track with a good idea; however, today we are looking for slightly rougher and more alternative sounds and only for that reason it will not be included in the playlist, but it was liked in the office. Kind regards. A cone with the same idea as the lead voice helps to strengthen each sketched verse.

Hola.

Thank you for your submission. Nice vibes to this track I will add to my Singer-songwriter/folk playlist. All the best.
Hey there , nice track . Really liked the vocals , vibes and emotions . However , at the moment we are looking for a bit more jolly mood , Crystal Fighters style . Rest , it has got some really good potential. Good luck! can't wait to hear more tracks from you.
Hi there The Friends of Norman Havelock. This is great! Awesome performance on the vocal, good flow in arrangement, with dynamic sections. This fits the instrumentation style of my coastal playlist, however, the pace of this track is just much too slow and is really making it lean on a very somber mood. The tracks on my coastal playlist are much lighter in mood as most tracks don't have a very somber, ballad feel. The slightly more emotionally charged mood/performance on this will stand out so I'll pass for now because of this difference in energy/mood

Hi The Friends Of Norman Havelock, I was mesmerized by the beautiful and soulful vocal and I think the song has such a perfect vibe for my playlist. I'll be adding this for sure, Best wishes!
Thank you for the song! The guitar sounds lovely, and the pleasant vocals complement it really well, creating a smooth and enjoyable listening experience. I like the natural feel of the performance and how everything comes together. However, I’m currently looking for songs with a more positive and uplifting sound that better fits the mood of my playlist. Overall, it’s a great piece of work—thanks for sharing it, and I’d be happy to hear your future releases.
Thanks for your submission, guys. This is an interesting very low waltz. This very slow tempo keeps production a very dramatic feel. Nice minor chord played by the guitar at 0:28. However, after a bit, it becomes too heavy and that's the reason why I'm going to pass this time.
Hey! Thanks for sending your music my way! There are quite a few attractive moments throughout this track, and I like how the different sounds bring creative details into the production. Some of those ideas stand out really nicely, giving the song an interesting personality and plenty of musical variety. My main concern is that the beat seems to explore so many directions that it becomes difficult to recognize which idea is supposed to lead the song. Even though several sections work well individually, I was missing a more representative musical element that could tie everything together and give the track a stronger identity. Rather than introducing more sounds, I’d suggest choosing one of the most interesting phrases you’ve already created and giving it a more prominent role. Letting that idea return at carefully chosen moments, while simplifying some of the surrounding elements, could make the arrangement feel more focused. I think this would also help listeners recognize the song more easily without losing the creativity behind it. There’s definitely potential in the production, but I won’t be adding this one to the playlist on this opportunity, as I feel the strongest ideas still need a clearer direction to make a lasting impression. That’s simply my take on it, and I hope these observations are helpful! Thanks again for sharing your work, and I’m looking forward to hearing how your sound continues to evolve!
Hi Daniel, thank you for this fair, detailed and useful feedback. I see from the care and attention you have put into your review that the song must have got to you in some way. As an artist, that's all I can ever hope for. Hugely appreciated - thank you!

We can note that there are acoustic sounds without significant loss of essence to the human ear. You presented a good, brilliant proposal, as well as an expressive way of singing. It is interesting that in the chorus and at the end of the song you bring continuity in the phrase. Your arrangement shows poly-chords that form a well-controlled harmonic field, common among artists. Your voice goes beyond rehearsal; its intensity is well softened, only in exceptional cases does it really push. I usually prefer a slightly slower tempo. Therefore, for indie pop playlists, they do not usually include many country songs for reasons of curation quality and context of what the playlist serves. I wish you good work!

Desejo bom trabalho!
