Hey Joe Rothbauer, Thanks for your song, I really appreciate the mixing and the arrangement you've got here. Overall, they sounds amazing! However, if I have to be honest, the country influence of this track isn't quite my taste for my playlist. I'm really into music that resonates more closely with Novo Amor or Logan and Isabel, ideally that focuses more of an acoustic guitar-driven touch. Anyway, this is just my preference and I wish you all the best in your music journey!

Greetings and thank you for sharing your music with me! A nice and clean, relaxing tune. Good work on the instrumental, the strings sound crisp clean. The lyrics are nice and relatable which is good for audience retention I believe. The vocals themself I am not sure about though. Those effects on there are a bit too much for me, and the pace of the song is a bit too slow. I prefer more energetic singing right from the start. All the best, R

Hi Joe Rothbauer, I’m bummed to turn down this track but the vocal performance felt a bit too bright in my opinion and its quality has such sibilance in it. There’s a catchy melody to the arrangement but it doesn't fit the more aggressive and gritty vocal energy of my rock playlist.

La canción presenta una introducción melódica desde el primer instante, con suaves guitarras acústicas y una batería que complementan su estructura, acompañadas por una interpretación vocal melódica y las intervenciones, muy bien integradas, de un piano sereno. También aparecen guitarras eléctricas —que aportan un matiz más crudo, aunque sin perder la melodía—, dotando a todo el tema de un carácter profundamente sentimental. La intensidad aumenta ligeramente al llegar al estribillo, respaldada por el arreglo general de la canción. Se percibe una carga emocional de principio a fin, y el trabajo de la guitarra solista hacia el final le otorga un aire cinematográfico. you did a great job writing a patriotic story. But you didn't Crete the kind of big lift vocally or musically in choruses that were too obvious to miss. The choruses standing out more- is going to help the song become more competitive. Lots of good ideas - impossible to miss that- but not quite a hime run pitch.

Hey Joe Rothbauer, While you have a lovely solo pop voice, for a pop sub, I'm looking for a strong upbeat acoustic performance overall - leaning into acoustic guitars and drums, while keeping the vocals clean and clear throughout. This track more or less has these acoustic elements, but I think in this case the song is slower than I prefer, relying on longer, more drawn out chords instead of a driving beat and changing instrumentation. Not only that, but it seems like you have an audible amount of plug-in processing, maybe something like pitch correction, am I getting that right? Whatever it is, the plug-ins that you use on your vocals are very common these days and take me out of the moment because I've heard it quite a lot. On future pop subs, I would be looking for any other song with more tempo and rhythmic interest from section to section, not to mention clean and unprocessed vocals, to be a better fit with us. I also have to admit simple but interesting beat pattern with balanced drums. But unfortunately the lyrics section doesn't really fit my playlist concept. Rest easy, it fulfills its mission of moving you through sincere and sensitive lyrics full of emotional depth. But for the playlist, I prefer a positive and cheerful vibe along with a lively, danceable rhythm. This track is quite reflective and harmonious, I don't feel it fits. I regret the decline. The artificial production isn’t convincing either; I miss a genuine voice, similar to the songs I promote. For that reason, I sense it’s not suitable for my playlist.

Joe, your country piece shows respectable intent and establishes a classic, steady tone from the opening moments. Even so, the composition and overall delivery follow familiar conventions a bit too closely. Because it sounds somewhat generic, it does not offer enough distinct character to separate itself or match what I look for on our playlist. Rest Easy just misses our current direction.
