This Tribal/Deep House remix by Drew Dugan keeps a bit of the underlying bachata elements from my original Latin House track, but takes it in a totally different direction at a slower BPM with harder kicks and slightly dirty synth and bass lines, creating tension with the drops and surprise vocal chops and lyric re-directions.

Hey there! I think production wise, the sound selection is really good. Unfortunately, I felt like arrangement wise, it got stagnant at times due to the lack of variation overall in the track. I also find your track a little too intense for my house playlist. I feel like this kind of sound is definitely more for a rave or a club setting whereas I imagine my house playlist to be more for outdoors, summer, road trips. beaches etc. Great work though!

Hi DJ Whit Allen, thank you for sharing, but unfortunately this song isn’t quite aligned with my playlist. I find the song to be leaning towards House and I usually go for uplifting Alt Rock or a chill Indie vibe. I appreciate the creativity and execution though! Other than that, I noticed the overall sound quality to be a little too compressed making it sound contained instead of having the presence and impact it should have. Really sorry to say no for now. This is just my take and it aims to help. Have a nice day! :)

I really enjoyed this one. Everything just clicked for me. The vibe feels natural, the production supports the song beautifully, and there are so many little details that kept me engaged throughout. You've done a fantastic job here, and I can easily hear this sitting alongside the other tracks in my playlist. Definitely adding this one. Thanks for sharing your music with me!

It is an excellent proposal, featuring strong sound quality, well-developed energy, and a high-quality atmosphere supported by solid and well-executed production. The artistic work behind it is evident, and there are many aspects worthy of recognition throughout the track. However, despite its many strengths, the vocal performance does not captivate me to the level I am looking for in my current selection. For that reason, and with some regret, I have decided to decline its inclusion on this occasion.

Hey Whit Allen, thanks for sending! The idea is interesting. The sound selection is on point and vocal processing well made. However there is a resonant peak in the high freqs that you really have to check! Also the vibe is quite underground and I am looking for something more commercial so for this time I will have to skip it, Good luck with your campaign!

Hi there, thank you for sending! The idea is in general terms well made. The organic sounds are plausible and with a good mix. The vocal has an interesting vibe too. Despite all of that the vibe is good but at some parts it sounds too linear maybe with more variations it could be more interesting, s it has not fully catched our attention despite being a quality track. Hope you can understand and good luck with promo!

Hey, Crisp drum groove you created. All the pitched vocal shots were too commercial for our list though. We also prefer songs with 4 to the floor beats to fit our playlist mood. Just a personal opinion of course. I understand that artistic choices can differ.   Wish you all the best!   Cheers,   Jens

Hi there and thank you for sharing your music! A clean production. Well done on the soundtrack! I am not a big fan of the vocals though. I do not like those vocal effects on there. This makes the vocal hard to understand at some points and this is something I pay a lot of attention to.. This is just my personal taste and opinion of course.. All the best, have a great day and good luck on any future projects, R

Hey Whit Allen, thanks for submitting to us. Great job on the sample chopping, it felt very expressive and dynamic. Loved the melodies as well. But the hook here didn't blow us away. Best wishes :)

Hi DJ Whit Allen, While I can appreciate your artistry, for me, there's too many vocals for my house tastes. You have a nice mid tempo driving beat with clean beats and bass lines, but I'm personally looking for little to no vocals throughout the track. On future house subs, consider avoiding vocals entirely, or for the most part, to be a better fit with us. For the music -VinylHoops

Bom trabalho!

Hey there! To start with, I really dig that colourful bright sound design. So distinctive and gets all of my attention. Simple straightforward groove fits really well here. Great minimalism. Unfortunately, the vocal performance did not resonate enough with me. I’m really sorry. Your music is a wonderful piece of art - thank you for the submission!

Cool sound selection in the production! But the arrangement is a little too far from the Lo-fi and Jazz Beats track of my curation. Sorry but I will have to decline this submission.

(I call it) Wildfire is a release that knows how to do its job well of entertaining and getting you moving from the very first moment. It's positive and fun and manages to connect thanks to a striking sound full of well-executed effects. But its consistent and linear style drifts away from the more energetic and fast vibe I'm looking for in the playlist. I would have preferred more variation or a more expressive and extended lyric. For now, the final result doesn't align with what I prioritize.

Hi! Thanks for sending your track. I think the style you bring here is very interesting, and it works quite well with the rhythm. There are good interactions throughout the song, and the track has a base that feels attractive from the beginning. Maybe, I felt the voice can sound a bit weak in the track at certain moments. It could benefit from more strength and intensity in the mix, so the vocal can create a stronger impact and connect more directly with the listener. You could give the voice more presence in the key sections, either through a stronger delivery, a leading vocal placement, or more emphasis in the mix. That could help the track avoid feeling like the vocal gets lost, while allowing the song to explode with more intention and energy. But of course, this is only my opinion. Wishing you lots of luck and success with your release, and I hope we can connect again in another opportunity.

Thanks for dropping this in! This has a nice vibe and really well done beat production. Great sense of pacing too, but we generally prefer tracks that evolve more gradually and have a darker mood. Best wishes for this release and your next creative steps.

Hi there DJ Whit Allen, while I liked the energy of the track, the mix just sounded a tad muddy for me, particularly the low end. Also, the synth pluck had too much of a static unchanging melody for me and wasn't very catchy. I'm sorry to turn down your track for now but keep it up despite my feedback.

Hey, this Tribal/Deep House remix has a good bounce that keeps the energy high most of the time, which I can only appreciate. The synth is also really cool because it adds just a bit more catchiness. The vocal chops are okay, but feel a bit standard, so try to work on that next time. The lyrics also don't feel distinctive enough, unfortunately. For now, I'm going to decline, but I hear a lot of talent. Keep it up. Enjoy your week.
